  B&E's entire team was exceptional! Our first point of contact was Annaliese, who came out to do an energy audit of our entire home. She was not only extremely thorough, she was very smart and super nice. She explained everything she was doing and why she was making recommendations, ie how it would help us and what it would mean for us both financially and efficiency-wise. Then, there was Bill and the office staff. Extremely professional and organized. Always receptive to my many phone calls with questions and continually patient with me as I gathered information that they needed to help me through the process of filing state paperwork for financial assistance and rebates. The finale were the installers/workers--so nice and thorough. These were people who had never been in our home before, yet we felt completely at ease leaving them alone to do their job while we went to work--which we do not typically do. They were extra careful to keep things neat and did what appears to be an outstanding job insulating our attic. The insulation that they installed is much thicker than we had expected, and it doesn't seem like we lost any storage space. (An added bonus was that having them thorougly insulate our attic forced us to clean out and throw out a lot of unwanted items we were storing up there!) We.are sure we will be able to tell the difference in our home this coming winter. Thanks, B&E, for a job well done by exceptional employees!
