  Kellogg's is an American brand name that's have being in every grocery list for years. This morning after helping an older lady get a box of Raising Bran cereal of the shelf , she was bragging to the other seniors how great was Raisin Bran cereal . The lady was overweight and visibly tire , but saying under her breathe, this is helping me lose weight... I immediately look at the box with Big black and pink letters ' RAISING BRAN ' Wooooo ...I want one too. To my dismay, the of box of cereal had in small letters . 1/4 CUP 18 grams of SUGAR!!!! In a Quarter cup !!! so a cup of RAISING Bran CEREAL IS 72 grams of sugar, a quarter of a cup 200 calories, so a cup is 800 calories....!! Add milk to that .☠ is a loaded gun. Kellogg is making money of people ignorance knowingly so they prefer money versus helping American People. Get this nutritionist a reality curse ....
