I have heard horror stories about pool companies and am so glad we picked you. It was a pleasure to work with you. We are very grateful to have a Water World pool. Feel free to use me as a reference.   Waterworld is a FRAUD! Don Tallman is a liar and a thief. 30 days ago it was obvious that his company had incompetently filled in the paperwork for permits for my so-called "Turnkey Pool". I requested my deposit back and Don personally told me that it would be returned Friday May 24. It wasn't. I spoke to Don again the next week and was told he had issues going on, had to change banks, and would get it out that Friday. Again it did not. On May 31 I spoke again to Don personally and he guaranteed he would be returning my deposit June 3 personally to me. I drove 2 hours to retrieve my funds and of course the disgusting piece of trash was not even at the office to tell me face to face that again he didn't have my money. I got his cellphone number from I think his son, who was smart enough to keep his weasly mouth shut while I was there, and I again spoke to Don who promised the bank issues were almost done with and would have my money Friday. I call Friday and surprise, surprise the business lines are disconnected.
  This guy Don Tallman is a fraud, a cheat, and needs to be brought up on charges and thrown in jail. Everyone involved in the company is an accomplice to the scam.
